Waxhead Ambassador Program
If you’re reading this, it means we admire what you're doing out there, and we'd like to team up.
Our Ambassador Program is invitation-only, for people like you who directly influence us at Waxhead by using, testing, and spreading the word about our products. We collaborate with this small select group season-by-season, typically in 3-month blocks.
As our Ambassador, we ask you to post photos and videos on your Instagram page, share our mission and encourage your friends/family/clients to check us out. Whenever you need more products or anything else, just let us know at kari @ gowaxhead.com.

Ambassador Program Process
Step 1: Invitation + Product Selection
You've already received an Instagram DM from Kari inviting you to our program. Please make sure you’re following @gowaxhead (we’ll always follow you back).
Next, select the Waxhead Sunscreens you want, choose Sport or Everyday and Tinted or Non-tinted.
Step 2: Post on Instagram
After you receive your products, start sharing vids/pics on Instagram. For inspiration, please visit our page — we post a great deal of user generated content.
To help your audience grow too, we will share your posts on our Instagram page and tag you. OPTION: If you’d like, we’re happy to create a 10% off coupon code for you to share with your audience (it will likely be your IG handle). Let us know!
While keeping your own perspective, in each video or picture, please include:
- a person doing something good in the sunshine
- a Waxhead product, either being used actively or in the container
In your caption, please include:
- mention @gowaxhead
- ask your audience to follow @gowaxhead
- tag us in the post

Step 3: Keep Posting
Ideally you’ll post 1-2 videos/images per month over a 3-month period.
Step 4: More Product or Store Credit
Thanks for your posts! As you continue to share Waxhead, we’ll send products for you to use when you need them. Keep in touch and let us know when you need more or would like to try a different product. Let us know!
